ETERNITY PLEASURE / PRIVACY POLICY
YOUR PRIVACY.
Clearly explained.
Understand what Eternity Pleasure processes: tab-session age confirmation, local enquiry details, downloaded files and ordinary website delivery requests.
UPDATEDWho this policy concerns
This policy describes the current Eternity Pleasure website application and local enquiry tool. The public domain is eternitypleasure.com. The legal operator, business address and privacy contact have not yet been provided. This page therefore does not claim to identify a registered data controller or offer a working privacy-request inbox. Those details must be published before operational enquiries are collected.
Age confirmation and browser storage
If you confirm you are 18 or older, the application saves the
value yes under ep-adult-confirmed in
your browser’s sessionStorage. This remembers the declaration in
the current tab session; it does not store your name, birth date
or identity document. Use “18+ settings” in the footer to clear
the choice. Browser session restoration can preserve tab data, so
use the reset control or clear site data if you want to remove it
explicitly.
Information typed into an enquiry
The form can include your name, email, optional phone number, social occasion, category, illustrative profile preference, neighbourhood, date, duration, budget preference and a description. The current application uses these entries only to produce a preview and downloadable text file on your device. It does not submit them to the website server, create an account, store them in a database or add them to a mailing list.
Your draft and downloaded file
Your form values and preview remain in the open page until you edit, clear or leave it. Browser autofill or session restoration may retain information independently of this application. “Clear this draft” resets the form and removes the current preview; it cannot delete files you already downloaded. A downloaded text file is ordinary, unencrypted text controlled by you. Delete it separately when no longer needed, particularly on a shared device.
Requests needed to display the website
Your browser sends ordinary requests to the website host to retrieve pages, fonts, scripts and images. A host necessarily receives network information such as an IP address and request details; host logs, retention and subprocessors depend on the hosting provider and its configuration. The final hosting provider and log-retention settings have not yet been supplied. No claim that hosting collects “no data” is made here.
Analytics, cookies and external services
The application contains no analytics tags, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, chat widgets, embedded maps or payment integration. Fonts and gallery assets are served with the site. The age choice uses sessionStorage rather than a cookie. Following an external link or sharing a downloaded brief takes you outside these local application practices. Read the recipient’s or provider’s privacy information before sharing.
Sensitive information and adult eligibility
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It does not request identity uploads or a full date of birth. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, government identity numbers, medical information or intimate personal information into the brief. Do not submit information about a minor or another adult without permission. The popup is a self-declaration and cannot verify a visitor’s age.
Choices, requests and future changes
You can stop using the tool, clear the draft, reset the age declaration and delete downloaded files. For information later shared with a real business or processed by a host, requests would need to go to the identified operator or provider; an operational privacy contact is still required on the contact page. If collection, delivery, accounts, analytics or payments are introduced, this notice must be updated to state the actual purposes, recipients, retention and applicable request process before those features go live.
